You can add money to your account from either the web or app. For the web, click on "Add Money" from the menu after signing in, enter the amount you want to credit your account with and click on continue to finalize the transaction. A payment method will popup where you can fill in your card details or select other payment options. Adding money from the mobile is similar to the web. Sign in to your account and clicking on "Add Money" from the "Overview" page. You can then progress as explained previously for the web.

PayPaddie is the brand name of Ideation House Limited. PayPaddie was launched January, 2021.

  • • Send Money – you can transfer money to any account nationwide, you can also send money to a friend’s phone number.

Yes, it is possible to change the mobile number associated with a PayPaddie account under the setting menu on the PayPaddie platform, You can also have two or more phone numbers attached to an account. Click the Add button and enter a new mobile number, the preferred mobile number will be selected by default as the new login ID.

You can be assured that your money in PayPaddie account is very safe, as it doesn’t exactly lie in a PayPaddie account but in an authorized financial institution.

The platform is safe and secure and will never share your details with any other party. You must ensure to protect you card and PASSWORD.

No, money kept in PayPaddie account does not attract any sort of interest.

There is no minimum balance stipulated that can be deposited or maintained in your PayPaddie account. However, the maximum amount that could be deposited or maintained in your PayPaddie account depends on the level of KYC you have. Your level of KYC can always be upgraded by making more details about yourself available upon registration or even after registration. Visit our terms and condition page on for more details.

Money held in your PayPaddie account can be cashed out at any time by transferring the fund to a bank using the “transfer-to-bank” function, visiting the nearest Agent to withdraw and withdrawing from any ATM point where a prepaid card is acceptable.

It takes maximum of 2hrs after you have deposited the and you have notified PayPaddie staff with evidence of payment.

Money can be transferred from a PayPaddie account to another PayPaddie account. Also it can be transferred from PayPaddie account to a bank and other mobile money platforms.

PayPaddie should reverse the transaction within 24hours. If you do not receive a reversal you may contact support@PayPaddie.com

Currently, PayPaddie does not offer international remittance services.

Yes, the funds can be transferred to any mobile phone number. The recipient will automatically be registered in PayPaddie’s system and the transferred money will be loaded to the created account. The recipient will have to visit PayPaddie.com to complete registration before he or she can access the fund.

Yes, you can transfer money to any other MPO in Nigeria. Simply select the menu option “transfer to Bank/third party” and select others under account number and select any MPO of your choice

The PayPaddie Virtual is a prepaid virtual “card” that makes it possible to shop anywhere Prepaid cards are accepted. Please be aware that some merchants will require a form of address verification.

PayPaddie virtual Card can be used to make transaction anywhere debit cards are accepted, like any local or foreign ecommerce website in the likes of Jumia, Konga, eBay and Amazon to pay for goods and services.

Since the PayPaddie Mobile card is a prepaid card, your spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the PayPaddie account.

No. Your PayPaddie plastic card is not free. You will need to pay 1,500 NGN to our agents as card charges

Yes there is a limit to the number of transaction that can be made in a day which is based on the type of customer you are and the level of your KYC, we therefore recommend that you visit

Yes. Your details e.g. name, Password, e-mail etc. can be updated at anytime you wish. Simply click on the settings icon and the changes can be performed.

Yes. You can connect another mobile number to your account and that mobile number can also be used to access your account using your PASSWORD.

Simply go to settings and select Password in the list of options available.

IP tracking is a service that allows you to monitor all IP addresses that has been used to access your account. If you need to limit the IP addresses to access your account, then this service is for you.

Yes, you can limit the IP addresses that can access your account. Just go to advanced under settings and specify the IP addresses that you would like to be used in accessing your account. Every other IP address that isn’t specified will be blocked from accessing your account.
